How does it work in greenhouse cultivation?<\/strong><\/p>\n The compressed air is projected against the water at a very high speed, breaking the water droplets and causing their atomization. The size thus obtained produces a mist that remains in suspension, so that the application covers the entire plant canopy, the top and underside of the leaves, stems and fruits.<\/p>\n Another application of the system is to serve as a humidification system for the correction of low ambient humidity and as a cooling system.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n How is it designed?<\/strong><\/p>\n The most important element of the installation are the sprayers, HUMIFITO\u00ae nozzles, which allow the use of abrasive, corrosive and solids in suspension solutions.<\/p>\n They have been designed and manufactured for the application of any phytosanitary product, or compatible mixtures of existing products in the market.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Where is it installed in the Greenhouse?<\/strong><\/p>\n The Humifito nozzle is installed with a suitable frame in a regular way covering the total surface of the greenhouse, at a height higher than the crop’s trellising system.<\/p>\n A network of ducts supplies the required compressed air flow. A second network, in parallel layout, distributes the flow of the phytosanitary liquid through self-compensating drippers, installed with the same spacing as the spray nozzle.<\/p>\n The system allows spraying the different solutions developed for plant protection.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n How to manage this system?<\/strong><\/p>\n A series of solenoid valves installed in the air and phytosanitary liquid distribution pipes are activated by a programmer controller to carry out the application or spraying automatically.<\/p>\n This controller manages the volume of liquid to be sprayed in a given area, as well as the cleaning process of the distribution network, so that the application is completely localized in the treatment area or sector.<\/p>\n The process can be carried out by means of timers, or by expenditure control, programmable by sector.
