agricoles recherchent diff\u00e9rentes formules pour am\u00e9liorer la rentabilit\u00e9 des exploitations sous plastique et parmi elles, nous pouvons souligner celle r\u00e9alis\u00e9e par l&rsquo;entreprise <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">NOVAGRIC<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u00e0 travers le <\/span><b>projet GEYTEC<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ce projet de recherche men\u00e9 sur <\/span><b>deux ans<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> a d\u00e9montr\u00e9 qu&rsquo;il est possible et compatible de produire des l\u00e9gumes sous plastique tout en produisant de l&rsquo;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 photovolta\u00efque en pla\u00e7ant des panneaux solaires sur le toit de la serre. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il y a un certain nombre de questions \u00e0 se poser sur <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/novagric.com\/\/es\/blog\/articulos\/item\/1272-pros-y-contras-de-la-energia-fotovoltaica\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">les avantages et les inconv\u00e9nients de ces structures<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. <\/span> <\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 ces questions, <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">NOVAGRIC<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 le projet de recherche GEYTEC en<\/span><b>concevant une serre<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> sp\u00e9cialement adapt\u00e9e \u00e0 ces circonstances, qui a pris en compte des aspects tels que:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L&rsquo;inclinaison du toit pour un meilleur apport solaire<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hauteur ad\u00e9quate de la serre pour minimiser les ombres concentr\u00e9es sur la culture.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Utilisation de plastiques ayant une grande capacit\u00e9 de diffusion du rayonnement solaire afin d&rsquo;\u00e9viter les ombres.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La structure de la serre a \u00e9t\u00e9 repens\u00e9e pour r\u00e9sister aux surcharges produites par les panneaux solaires.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le respect de la norme structurelle pour les serres commerciales en 13031-1<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sur la base de toutes ces pr\u00e9misses, la conception et le calcul d&rsquo;une nouvelle structure de serre industrielle ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9s en collaboration avec une <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00e9quipe de chercheurs de<\/span><\/i><b><i>l&rsquo;Universit\u00e9 d&rsquo;Almeria<\/i><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, appartenant au groupe de recherche <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">AGR-199<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u201c<\/span><b>Technologie de la production agricole dans les zones semi-arides<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Apr\u00e8s avoir v\u00e9rifi\u00e9 que la nouvelle conception \u00e9tait conforme \u00e0 toutes les sp\u00e9cifications requises par l&rsquo;exigeante norme europ\u00e9enne pour la conception et la construction de structures de serres industrielles, un prototype a \u00e9t\u00e9 construit pour un essai de <\/span><b>culture de tomates \u00e0 cycle long.<\/b><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"font-size: 32px;\">R\u00e9sultats du projet d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie photovolta\u00efque<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les r\u00e9sultats obtenus au cours de ces deux ann\u00e9es de recherche sont tr\u00e8s encourageants, puisque les deux probl\u00e8mes qui se posaient a priori ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9solus de mani\u00e8re satisfaisante.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tout d&rsquo;abord, la <\/span><b>production de tomates<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> obtenue dans ces conditions a donn\u00e9 de <\/span><b>bons r\u00e9sultats,<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">tant en termes de quantit\u00e9 que de qualit\u00e9 du produit commercial, de sorte que les doutes \u00e9mis quant \u00e0 l&rsquo;effet de l&rsquo;ombrage produit par les panneaux solaires situ\u00e9s sur le toit de la serre n&rsquo;ont pas eu de cons\u00e9quences n\u00e9gatives sur la culture. <\/span> <\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ceci est principalement d\u00fb au fait que sous nos latitudes, il y a un exc\u00e8s de rayonnement solaire, surtout au printemps et en \u00e9t\u00e9, ainsi qu&rsquo;aux mesures techniques prises lors de la conception, telles que : pourcentage r\u00e9duit de couverture du toit par des panneaux, disposition non concentr\u00e9e des panneaux solaires, hauteur de conception et utilisation de plastiques rigides \u00e0 haute capacit\u00e9 de diffusion.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Deuxi\u00e8mement, la nouvelle <\/span><b>conception de la structure de la serre,<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> ainsi que l&rsquo;utilisation de <\/span><b>panneaux photovolta\u00efques en silicium amorphe<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> au lieu des panneaux en silicium cristallin typiques qui p\u00e8sent lourd, ont permis de supporter de mani\u00e8re ad\u00e9quate les charges transmises par les panneaux solaires \u00e0 la structure, et les performances structurelles de la serre ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9valu\u00e9es de mani\u00e8re satisfaisante.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De plus, dans cette nouvelle conception, une <\/span><b>toiture en polycarbonate<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> rigide a \u00e9t\u00e9 choisie afin de r\u00e9duire au minimum les co\u00fbts d&rsquo;entretien de l&rsquo;installation photovolta\u00efque et les co\u00fbts d&rsquo;entretien de la toiture de la serre, puisqu&rsquo;il n&rsquo;est pas n\u00e9cessaire de changer le plastique tous les deux ou trois ans et qu&rsquo;il n&rsquo;est donc pas n\u00e9cessaire de d\u00e9monter l&rsquo;installation \u00e9lectrique et les panneaux solaires eux-m\u00eames.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"font-size: 32px;\">Avantages du nouveau mod\u00e8le de serre photovolta\u00efque<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Parmi les avantages de ce nouveau mod\u00e8le de serre, on peut citer le fait que, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l&rsquo;utilisation de panneaux photovolta\u00efques et \u00e0 l&rsquo;excellent ensoleillement d&rsquo;Almeria, les agriculteurs peuvent obtenir un <\/span><b>revenu suppl\u00e9mentaire sous la forme d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie \u00e9lectrique<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, qui peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9e pour l&rsquo;autoconsommation ou vendue \u00e0 des compagnies d&rsquo;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 pour \u00eatre distribu\u00e9e sur le r\u00e9seau, ce qui permet \u00e0 ce revenu suppl\u00e9mentaire <\/span><b>d&rsquo;amortir l&rsquo;investissement initial<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> plus une <\/span><b>marge b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaire<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, qui peut \u00eatre obtenue de mani\u00e8re r\u00e9currente tout au long de la dur\u00e9e de vie utile des panneaux solaires.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De plus, la rentabilit\u00e9 de cet investissement augmentera chaque ann\u00e9e, car le co\u00fbt de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie devrait augmenter consid\u00e9rablement, tandis que le co\u00fbt des panneaux photovolta\u00efques diminuera progressivement.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ces types de serres sont tr\u00e8s int\u00e9ressants car ils d\u00e9veloppent des lignes strat\u00e9giques telles que la r\u00e9duction de la d\u00e9pendance aux combustibles fossiles, la production d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie propre, la promotion de l&rsquo;autoconsommation d&rsquo;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 et la production
