Ce syst\u00e8me permet d&rsquo;augmenter la productivit\u00e9 et d&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer le contr\u00f4le des conditions de culture, tout en r\u00e9duisant la consommation d&rsquo;eau. Cependant, les eaux de drainage ainsi produites doivent \u00eatre correctement g\u00e9r\u00e9es afin d&rsquo;\u00e9viter l&rsquo;accumulation et le rejet de nutriments dans l&rsquo;environnement.<\/p>\n<h2>Objectifs de LIFE BIOWET<\/h2>\n<p>L&rsquo;objectif principal du projet <strong>LIFE BIOWET <\/strong>est de d\u00e9montrer la faisabilit\u00e9 technique et environnementale d&rsquo;un syst\u00e8me capable d&rsquo;\u00e9purer et de r\u00e9utiliser en toute s\u00e9curit\u00e9 les eaux de drainage des serres hydroponiques. La solution propos\u00e9e combine deux \u00e9tapes de traitement :<\/p>\n<h3>Bior\u00e9acteurs \u00e0 copeaux de bois<\/h3>\n<p>Dans un premier temps, les eaux us\u00e9es transitent par des bior\u00e9acteurs o\u00f9 l&rsquo;activit\u00e9 des micro-organismes d\u00e9nitrifiants contribue \u00e0 r\u00e9duire la charge en nitrates.<\/p>\n<h3>Zones humides artificielles \u00e0 \u00e9coulement souterrain<\/h3>\n<p>L&rsquo;eau circule ensuite dans des zones humides artificielles o\u00f9 la combinaison de plantes, de substrat et de communaut\u00e9s microbiennes permet d&rsquo;achever le processus d&rsquo;\u00e9puration.<\/p>\n<p>Cette deuxi\u00e8me phase permet de retenir d&rsquo;autres polluants potentiels, tels que le phosphore, l&rsquo;exc\u00e8s de mati\u00e8re organique pouvant \u00eatre g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9 par les bior\u00e9acteurs et les organismes pathog\u00e8nes, ce qui am\u00e9liore la qualit\u00e9 finale de l&rsquo;eau et facilite sa r\u00e9utilisation en toute s\u00e9curit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-image-element\" style=\"--awb-caption-title-font-family:var(--h2_typography-font-family);--awb-caption-title-font-weight:var(--h2_typography-font-weight);--awb-caption-title-font-style:var(--h2_typography-font-style);--awb-caption-title-size:var(--h2_typography-font-size);--awb-caption-title-transform:var(--h2_typography-text-transform);--awb-caption-title-line-height:var(--h2_typography-line-height);--awb-caption-title-letter-spacing:var(--h2_typography-letter-spacing);\"><span class=\" fusion-imageframe imageframe-none imageframe-2 hover-type-none\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1536\" height=\"1024\" title=\"LIFE-BIOWET-4\" src=\"https:\/\/novagric.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/LIFE-BIOWET-4.jpg\" alt class=\"img-responsive wp-image-22623\" srcset=\"https:\/\/novagric.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/LIFE-BIOWET-4-200x133.jpg 200w, https:\/\/novagric.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/LIFE-BIOWET-4-400x267.jpg 400w, https:\/\/novagric.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/LIFE-BIOWET-4-600x400.jpg 600w, https:\/\/novagric.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/LIFE-BIOWET-4-800x533.jpg 800w, https:\/\/novagric.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/LIFE-BIOWET-4-1200x800.jpg 1200w, https:\/\/novagric.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/LIFE-BIOWET-4.jpg 1536w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 640px) 100vw, 1536px\" \/><\/span><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-3\"><h2>Le r\u00f4le de NOVAGRIC dans le projet LIFE BIOWET<\/h2>\n<p>Au sein du consortium, <strong>NOVAGRIC sera charg\u00e9 de transformer le concept scientifique en une infrastructure op\u00e9rationnelle et applicable dans des conditions r\u00e9elles <\/strong>de production agricole.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;entreprise concevra et construira les deux syst\u00e8mes pilotes qui seront install\u00e9s dans des serres de la r\u00e9gion de Murcie, plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment \u00e0 <strong>San Javier<\/strong> et \u00e0 <strong>Mazarr\u00f3n.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Leur travail comprend le dimensionnement du syst\u00e8me hydraulique, l&rsquo;int\u00e9gration des bior\u00e9acteurs et des zones humides, la conception du r\u00e9seau de capteurs destin\u00e9 \u00e0 la surveillance en temps r\u00e9el de la qualit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;eau, ainsi que l&rsquo;installation de vannes permettant d&rsquo;alterner entre la r\u00e9utilisation de l&rsquo;eau trait\u00e9e et la possibilit\u00e9 d&rsquo;effectuer un rejet en toute s\u00e9curit\u00e9 lorsque les conditions l&rsquo;exigent.<br \/>\n\u00ab Nous travaillons depuis des ann\u00e9es sur le traitement des eaux de drainage issues des cultures hydroponiques, et avec BIOWET, nous franchissons une nouvelle \u00e9tape : un<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><strong>syst\u00e8me complet, autonome et surveill\u00e9 \u00e0 distance<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>; une solution inspir\u00e9e de la nature, pr\u00eate \u00e0 \u00eatre reproduite dans d\u2019autres exploitations \u00bb, explique <strong>Juan Pardo, directeur de la R&amp;D chez NOVAGRIC.<\/strong><br \/>\nDe son c\u00f4t\u00e9, Fulgencio Pujante, responsable technique de la fertirrigation chez NOVAGRIC, souligne l\u2019importance que le syst\u00e8me puisse s\u2019adapter \u00e0 la gestion quotidienne d\u2019une exploitation agricole :<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u00ab Les eaux de drainage d\u2019une <strong>serre hydroponique peuvent atteindre des niveaux de salinit\u00e9 tr\u00e8s \u00e9lev\u00e9s<\/strong> et BIOWET est \u00e9galement un outil de gestion de l\u2019eau au niveau de la serre. Il <strong>permet de d\u00e9cider \u00e0 tout moment si ces eaux peuvent \u00eatre r\u00e9utilis\u00e9es pour l\u2019irrigation<\/strong>. Cela rend le projet applicable \u00e0 des exploitations r\u00e9elles. \u00bb<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Forte de plus de 45 ans d\u2019exp\u00e9rience dans les domaines de la fertirrigation, du traitement de l\u2019eau et des technologies appliqu\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019agriculture, NOVAGRIC apporte au projet un savoir-faire technique d\u00e9j\u00e0 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 dans le cadre d\u2019autres initiatives europ\u00e9ennes ax\u00e9es sur l\u2019eau, telles que <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/novagric.com\/fr\/life-aquemfree-decontamination-de-leau-par-photocatalyse\/\">LIFE AQUEMFREE <\/a><\/strong>et <a href=\"https:\/\/novagric.com\/fr\/life-agrems03il-technologie-de-desinfection-des-sols-agricoles\/\"><strong>LIFE AGREMSOIL<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-image-element\" style=\"--awb-caption-title-font-family:var(--h2_typography-font-family);--awb-caption-title-font-weight:var(--h2_typography-font-weight);--awb-caption-title-font-style:var(--h2_typography-font-style);--awb-caption-title-size:var(--h2_typography-font-size);--awb-caption-title-transform:var(--h2_typography-text-transform);--awb-caption-title-line-height:var(--h2_typography-line-height);--awb-caption-title-letter-spacing:var(--h2_typography-letter-spacing);\"><span class=\" fusion-imageframe imageframe-none imageframe-3 hover-type-none\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1920\" height=\"1168\" title=\"LIFE-BIOWET-2\" src=\"https:\/\/novagric.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/LIFE-BIOWET-2.jpg\" alt class=\"img-responsive wp-image-22617\" srcset=\"https:\/\/novagric.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/LIFE-BIOWET-2-200x122.jpg 200w, https:\/\/novagric.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/LIFE-BIOWET-2-400x243.jpg 400w, https:\/\/novagric.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/LIFE-BIOWET-2-600x365.jpg 600w, https:\/\/novagric.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/LIFE-BIOWET-2-800x487.jpg 800w, https:\/\/novagric.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/LIFE-BIOWET-2-1200x730.jpg 1200w, https:\/\/novagric.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/LIFE-BIOWET-2.jpg 1920w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 640px) 100vw, 1920px\" \/><\/span><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-4\"><h2>Deux projets pilotes \u00e0 San Javier et Mazarr\u00f3n pour valider le syst\u00e8me sur le terrain<\/h2>\n<p>Dans le cadre de ce projet, deux syst\u00e8mes pilotes complets seront construits, mis en service et \u00e9valu\u00e9s dans des serres de la r\u00e9gion de Murcie.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;une d&rsquo;entre elles sera implant\u00e9e au <strong>Centre de d\u00e9monstration et de transfert agricole<\/strong> \u00ab El Mirador \u00bb, \u00e0 San Javier, avec une capacit\u00e9 de traitement de <strong>1 m\u00b3\/jour.<\/strong> La seconde sera install\u00e9e au <strong>Grupo Paloma,<\/strong> \u00e0 Mazarr\u00f3n, avec une capacit\u00e9 de <strong>10 m\u00b3\/jour.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ces deux installations permettront de recycler jusqu\u2019\u00e0 <strong>93 % des eaux de drainage,<\/strong> de r\u00e9duire de <strong>23 % les besoins combin\u00e9s<\/strong> en eau neuve des deux exploitations et d\u2019\u00e9liminer plus de <strong>13,5 tonnes de nitrates par an.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 l&rsquo;\u00e9chelle europ\u00e9enne, les \u00e9conomies d&rsquo;eau pourraient d\u00e9passer les <strong>300 000 m\u00b3 par an<\/strong>, ce qui permettrait de r\u00e9duire le risque de pollution et d&rsquo;eutrophisation des masses d&rsquo;eau telles que les aquif\u00e8res, les rivi\u00e8res, les lacs et les \u00e9cosyst\u00e8mes marins.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201cEl sistema est\u00e1 dise\u00f1ado para funcionar mediante gravedad y energ\u00eda solar fotovoltaica, sin necesidad de conexi\u00f3n a la red el\u00e9ctrica. Este enfoque reduce los requerimientos energ\u00e9ticos y facilita su aplicaci\u00f3n en entornos agr\u00edcolas, especialmente en explotaciones donde la eficiencia h\u00eddrica y la sostenibilidad son factores determinantes\u201d, se\u00f1ala <strong>Rosa G\u00f3mez Cerezo, profesora titular de Ecolog\u00eda de la Universidad de Murcia y coordinadora del proyecto.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h2>Une solution en phase avec les enjeux europ\u00e9ens li\u00e9s \u00e0 l&rsquo;eau<\/h2>\n<p>LIFE BIOWET contribue aux objectifs europ\u00e9ens en mati\u00e8re de <strong>\u00e9conomie circulaire, r\u00e9utilisation de l&rsquo;eau, protection des ressources en eau, r\u00e9duction de la pollution par les nitrates et adaptation au changement climatique.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>De plus, l&rsquo;int\u00e9gration de zones humides artificielles dans le milieu agricole peut favoriser l&rsquo;augmentation de la biodiversit\u00e9 et renforcer le r\u00f4le des solutions fond\u00e9es sur la nature dans le cadre de l&rsquo;agriculture prot\u00e9g\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Ce projet b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie de la participation de l<strong>&lsquo;Universit\u00e9 de Murcie,<\/strong> de l&rsquo;<strong>Universit\u00e9 polytechnique de Carthag\u00e8ne,<\/strong> de <strong>NOVAGRIC<\/strong>, d&rsquo;ASETAGA, du <strong>Groupe Paloma<\/strong> et du <strong>CDTA El Mirador<\/strong>.
