Grow medical cannabis in greenhouses

The cultivation of Cannabis (within the law) requires a high technological component to maximise production.

Cultivation of cannabis for pharmaceutical purposes

The key to the cultivation of the cannabis plant for medicinal purposes is that there are now strains from which almost 30% of the medicinal components (THC, CBD and others) can be extracted. This makes it a very interesting and valuable business for the pharmaceutical industry.

What is the most suitable greenhouse for medical cannabis?

The polycarbonate and sandwich panel multi-tunnel greenhouse with forced cultivation is equipped with technology to control and maintain optimum growing conditions (temperature, humidity and light).

In addition to creating different environments and rooms within the greenhouse for each stage of growth and flowering.

Cultivation of medical cannabis in greenhouses

THC and CBD-rich strains flower naturally by reducing daylight hours (from 18 h to 12 h). It coincides with the transition from summer to autumn and only one harvest is obtained per year.

To avoid stagnation, it is grown under glass. In this way, optimal and stable climatic conditions are maintained to achieve the maximum yield of winter and spring cannabis cultivation.

The plant obtained from a natural cycle (6 months of vegetative growth and 3 months of flowering) is of large size. And the forced plants have 1 stem (less than 1 m high) with 15 to 20 days of vegetative cycle and 60-70 days of flowering.

This intensive modality is carried out in totally closed environments (indoor cultivation) in greenhouses and with hydroponics systems.
