The “raspa y amagado” greenhouses are typical greenhouses from Almeria that were born from a transformation of the flat or vine-type greenhouses with the aim of being able to evacuate rainwater and not compromise the structure.
This type of greenhouse has an upper part, known as the “raspa”, supported by galvanised tubes, laminated profiles and wires, or braids of wire strands, and the lower part, known as the “amagado”, is attached to the structure by iron forks attached to the base of the greenhouse.
