NOVAGRIC Projects
High-tech seed greenhouses in Albania
Novagric has built a high-tech seed greenhouse for the cultivation of vegetable plants in Albania that will supply the population of Albania and surrounding areas with a local product.
This project, carried out with European funds and with the support of the Albanian Government, has been completed within the stipulated time despite the fact that it was developed under pandemic conditions.
The objective has been to boost the Albanian economy sector overcoming the main problems of its agriculture, such as the abandonment of rural areas and the low technological development of this industry, with a project that has the most advanced irrigation and climate control systems and facilities capable of producing high-yield crops.
The main personalities of the Albanian government such as the Prime Minister Edi Rama and the Director of Agricultural and Rural Development Frida Krifca wanted to visit these production facilities as an example of fast start-up and production start-up.
